Brugmansia are a family of tropical South American beauties which will, literally, stop you in your tracks. Their amplified trumpet shaped blooms will waft their delicate perfume across the garden and are sure to delight you, your friends and your neighbours with their spectacular summer performance.Brugmansia 'White' has huge, highly fragrant blooms up to 30cm long which erupt from fascinating buds for a sensational and exotic looking display. The crisp white of these sensational flowers directly reflects the common name of Angel's Trumpets. Vigorous and fast growing, these unusual plants are perfect for a large pot. Plants can, however, be sited in the border and then lifted as they will need winter protection. Brugmansia 'White' will reach a height of 4m with a spread of 2.5m when mature.Prefers to be grown in moist, well-drained soil in sun or part shade. A tender perennial which will need to be kept frost free over winter. Brugmansia will also grow happily indoors as a houseplant and can be pruned back to restrict size.
